REQUIREMENTS:

1. Original Birth certificate /Transfer certificate

2. Conduct certificate

3. Mark statement of the previous class of study, if any from the concerned school.

4. Migration certificate if applicable and Certificate of School Based Evaluation from the school last attended, in case of admission to Class XI.
